Dr Ted’s Musical Marvels Ted Waflart was a mechanical engineer before becoming a physician, thus explaining his fascination with the way things work!
He began his collection in 1973 and fueled his passion when he bought the 1907 French fairground organ and restored it. Other Instruments were found while traveling throughout Europe, visiting vintage amusement parks, and through other collectors.
“I would like to have been around back when people were awed by the first cars and airplanes. That wonder is lost in today’s society which is glutted with technology.”
Dr. Ted is a member of the Music Box Society International and attends yearly organ rallies with other antique music enthusiasts.
