Dig IN: Taste of Indiana
Dig IN invites local farmers, chefs, brewers, vintners and food enthusiasts around the table to indulge in the tastes of Indiana. If there is a heart in the Heartland, Indiana is it and Dig IN brings our state’s rich agricultural heritage into focus with a celebration of the farm to fork experience.
This summer, Indiana’s agricultural and culinary experts will make their way to historic Military Park in White River State Park to lead guests on a journey from field to tabletop. The seventh annual festival will feature tastings of Indiana food, beer, wine and other local refreshments plus live entertainment and chefs demonstrating their cooking on site. Combining the freshness of farmer’s markets and Indiana’s greatest food minds, Dig IN promises a feast for the senses.
